  Rip off. Had some carpet repair which needed to be done in small part of basement. Was told it would take 3 hours of time as they needed to drill holes in the basement concrete which would be intensive work. Based off that was quoted price of 250. Guy (Alex) finished it in 30-45 mins instead. Asked him why he made it seem job would take so long but he had no good answer. Even though job was much less intensive than anticipated he still demanded to be paid the full 250. In retrospect probably could have had carpet installed in the whole basement at that price. Don't waste you're time, they'll rip you off.
