  Ordered items from company. Company delivered wrong items twice. Returned incorrect items to company and requested credit for the shipping cost of returning the incorrect items. Company agreed to provide a credit for shipping, but never did. After second time wrong items were delivered, requested full refund. Company responded to this request with a label and RMA number. Once the items were received back at the company, the company provided only a partial credit. I contacted them again for the full credit, and then did not respond. I filed a chargeback with the credit card company which was resolved in my favor. The company then sent the account to collections for more money than was in the credit card dispute.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!! Will never speak directly with you, product still came in wrong. Im just going to have to make it work because I can't deal with them. Order somewhere else!!!
